Style Session: Ombre Dress and a Denim Jacket

Happy April 25th everyone! In honor of Miss Congeniality's favorite date, April 25th, I'm celebrating with the perfect light jacket look. I recently received this ombre dress from Tobi and instantly fell in love. I absolutely love the dip-dye style and the bold blue colors. I wanted to pair it with something that felt similar in style, and knew the perfect light jacket to add...a classic denim!

I wanted to create a look that was both street style chic and effortlessly cool. The ombre dress created the perfect effortless boho base of the look. Keeping with that theme, I added a great pair of knee high gladiator sandals and some easy layering necklaces. To amp up the street style vibes, I added a classic denim jacket, cuffed the sleeves, and grabbed one of my favorite little backpacks.

If you're like me and you're majorly crushing on the ombre and tie-dye style look right now, here are some more dresses that you're sure to love... (although this one is my favorite)

One of my favorite things about this dress is how stunning it looks on it's own. You can't see in here, but the back of the dress has a beautiful criss-cross back. Now, it's still chilly enough that I need that light jacket, but come summer I can rock this dress on it's own without any layers and have it be a show stopper by itself.

    1. Thanks darling! Oh purple would be so cute! I'd buy it in pink in a heart beat! Maybe they should do a whole assortment of colors!
