Style Session: Leopard Print and Plaid

I really enjoy mixing patterns that aren't really 'supposed' to go together, like leopard print and plaid. Everyone knows plaid is pretty much a staple of fall, and this flannel top is no exception! It was only $15 from Target, and it's extremely comfortable. Plaid is pretty much something you can wear all through fall and winter, and it always seems to work.
I always try to snag up a couple of new plaid tops each fall to mix it up.
I added a lightweight leopard print scarf and a brown leather jacket over the plaid. The tones of the browns and the reds/pinks underneath come together to give this look a very cozy and effortless vibe; something everyone loves for fall.

Speaking of effortless, I just threw my hair up in a messy bun, and spent the day
GETTING IT DONE! Who's with me?!
Of course, I finished the outfit off with some cute little brown booties. These have lace cutouts of the sides and are so adorable! The lace gives it at little feminine touch that contrasts well with my lumberjack style plaid flannel shirt, haha!
