How to Make a Chic Halloween Wreath

I love Halloween! The only problem is that the traditional colors of black and orange seriously clash with the colors of my apartment (pink, gold, and mint). I decided to make some of my own halloween decorations in my colors to help keep the Halloween decor looking chic and girly! Today's project is my Halloween wreath! Enjoy!

Materials You Need:
- foam circle ( I got mine from Hobby Lobby)
- ribbon
- hot glue gun
- twine
- halloween embellishments (all of mine were purchased from Michael's & are currently on sale!)
- wreath hook
- letters

Step 1: Begin gluing ribbon to the circle using the hot glue gun. Wrap the ribbon around the circle completely and glue a little at a time to keep it tight.

Step 2: After you finished wrapping the circle, begin to add your twine to the middle of the circle. I chose to do one string in the front and one in the back to add more depth.

Step 3: Glue the bunting flags to your twine. I made these myself using just black scrapbook paper.

Step 4: Add the alphabet stickers to your bunting flags. Mine says "spooky".

Step 5: Add the bats to the other line of twine. I did one on each side for more depth (keep it mind doubling up does make them a little heavier.

Step 6: Keep embellishing :)

Step 7: Add another ribbon to the top of the ring. This is what you will use to hang it up on the hook.

Step 8: Admire your adorable and chic wreath! And hang it up on the door of course!
